Hi Marie:
Yes, on the short staff, which explains why our histroic committee would
be the ones doing most of the work, but still these efforts do require
plenty of staff supervision and report work. And ditto about the money
too, we would have to put the required matching fund amount as a line
item at budget time the year before and like most municipalities, our
budget is still "Lean and Mean".
To stay positive , I'll conclude with: "Hey, maybe next year..."
