This is regarding the Torrey Pine "air corridor" concept; I'm sure that
several of our readers have heard about a land use (air use?) term that
urban planners use to regulate  and protect air spaces (although not
necessarily for historical reasons, but the same principle applies) is:
"Avigational Easements". Should anyone be interested in this, the legal
document/process for the San Carlos Airport can be obtained from San
Mateo County Planning offices (650) 363-4417, the staff for the San
Mateo County Airport Land Use Commission staff is David Carbone.
