[Calclg-l] Review of the National Historic Preservation Program

At the end of 2007 the National Academy of Public Administration
released a report, Back to the Future:  A Review of the National
Historic Preservation Program.  The program areas reviewed include the
CLGs, National Register, Section 106, Surveys, and Historic
Rehabilitation Tax Credits, all programs that many of you work with on a
regular basis.  Take a look.  The report is found at
