[Calclg-l] NR & CR listings

I might add to Donna's and Gail's comments that the Historic Site Board 
wants to review the resource before it is listed, to ensure that it hasn't 
been compromised since it was listed--which may well have been some time 
ago.  That verification would be especially important if a Mills Act 
contract were being sought.
