[Calclg-l] Zoning in Historic Districts

Dear CLGs,

 

I am looking for examples of zoning that regulates
height/massing/setbacks, etc. of new construction/infill/alterations
within historic districts or HPOZs.  I have many examples of design
guidelines that must be adhered to and/or conformance to the Secretary's
Standards within districts or HPOZs, but these are not zoning
requirements.
