[Calclg-l] Zoning in Historic Districts

Hi- I think you should look at the new form based zoning ordinances that are in vogue now.  I 've never seen one but have sat through hours of presentation at Planning Assn. meetings on the subject.  It seems basically the same to me, but of course it's not entirely being done to preserve historical sites but is being done to preserve the ambience of the area.
