OHP, can you fix your email system so that every reply does NOT go to
all parties originally receiving the email?

to add to my reply, I can say that we have only had one request in the 5
years that I have been here, and we did that one under the old fee
schedule of $300.  
looks like lots of you do these for free.  
unfortunately, I don't think Vallejo can afford to do anything for free
at this time.  We are down to four planners, including the planning
manager, and one of those planners is funded through a private
developer.  Not enough for a city of 122,000.  Our Community Development
director just left, and there may not be any funds to replace that
position for 2008-2009.

This question came up recently. What do other jurisdictions charge for
the review and staff time for an individual property to be reviewed and
placed on the historic inventory?
