No fee in Redwood City, however, since we may only have limited
information about the subject property,the applicant must prepare the
standard DPR forms which provide us with California Historical Resource
Status Codes, as applicable.
FYI, we have noticed that such requests often come with a companion
alteration or significant remodel proposal, in that case, depending on
the estimated amount of work, staff may apply a cost recovery system
which involves a deposit of $500; where staff charges time and refunds
what's left after the project review is done.

the review and staff time for an individual property to be reviewed and
placed on the historic inventory?
